Half a day to discover the Peruvian cuisine, now famous all over the world, a day between knives and stoves for gastronomy lovers, learning how to cook some delicious Peruvian dishes. We start from the local market of San Pedro, where we can observe a great variety of ingredients offered by Peru and in particular the Andean region.
Then we will go to our kitchen, in a colonial house located in the city centre. We cook, in a nice and relaxed atmosphere, under the guidance of a Peruvian Chef. We will prepare an appetizer, then the first and second courses and finally dessert. This gastronomic experience can be organized in the morning or in the afternoon, as per your preference.
The experience in Cusco with the Chef can be done in the morning (from 09.00 to 13.00) for lunch, or in the afternoon (from 15.00 to 19.00) for dinner.
The products used during cooking classes in Cusco are always organic and come from communities near Cusco, such as the Urubamba Valley and the Amaru community.
