Here it is a very special tour. Gastronomical trekking in Lima, Cusco and Arequipa, where we’ll discover places that only local people know, true treasure of the Peruvian cuisine or restaurant where the chefs blend the international cuisine with the Andean cuisine. From the popular cuisine to the gourmet.
We’ll invite you to taste the best of the Peruvian cuisine, area by area; on the cost ceviche and tiradito (crude fish), causas, pachamanca, chica, rocotos, cuy and more… a very “delicious” trip.
We also offer you two cooking lessons with two of the best chefs in Peru, that will take you first to buy the ingredients at the market and then to cook together with them.
